Leigh inherited her passion for real estate from two generations of investors and developers. She has spent much of her real estate career focused on investment opportunities and 1031 exchanges. She supports client investment objectives, including short- and long-term strategies, creative marketing, repositioning to maximize value, and identifying and purchasing replacement properties. She has worked with an array of buyers, from single income-producing property owners to large sophisticated investors. Leigh thrives on helping her clientele grow their wealth through the acquisition and disposition of assets, and working closely with various personalities. Her professional mission is asset maximization and active portfolio management with a loyal client base. She previously worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial and Horizon Realty and is also a certified Transaction Coordinator. Leigh is a graduate of Santa Clara University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. She spent several years working in Venture Capital and Private Equity Finance in North Carolina's famed Research Triangle Park and the San Francisco Bay area/Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park. She studied at the University of San Diego School of Law before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in real estate. Leigh exhibits a joie de vivre and brings her full energy to every client and transaction. She is an avid animal lover and devotes her leisure time to hiking the canyons with her Goldendoodle, Ted, reading, photography, and travel.
